One way to think about this Key Trait is to recognize the distinction between being and doing. The technical, or skill-based element, is obviously very important. We place trust in someone we believe can get the job at hand done with excellence based on their track record of getting tasks and projects done successfully. In our experience, as it relates to trust, we can’t stop there. Behavior, the being side of the equation, matters here too.
